Meet your chef - Susannah
Hi i’m Susannah, but feel free to call me Suze.
Growing up on my Parents farm in Melton I learnt how to cook wholesome food under the watchful eye of my Mum, she has been the inspiration to where I am today.
I started my career after completing my A levels, learning my professional craft at the College of Food, Tourism, and Creative Studies within the University of Birmingham.
As part of this I took a placement year at a top restaurant in the Republic of Ireland, before going on to complete my BSc (Hons) in Food and Catering Management. Since then i have worked within the public and private sectors.
